Ngwo Pine Forest: Peace like a waterfall

The Ngwo Pine Forest is a pine forest near the center of Enugu in Old Enugu-Onitsha Rd, Ngwo-Asaa, Nigeria. The forest is a treat to watch as it is considered a great scenic beauty. It hosts a limestone cave sculpted with a small waterfall that forms a shallow pool at the bed of the cave. The Ngwo Pine Forest is used as a recreational area to picnic.

Ngwo Pine Forest attracts many tourists. They go there to enjoy and relax. If you are trying to get away from a hectic schedule and you’re tired of doing a lot of work then you can visit here. It will ease your stress and make your body and mind super light.

There are a lot of pine trees which further add to the beauty and serenity of the forest. People gather here to picnic, party whole night, be it, friends or families, they are sure gonna enjoy a lot.

It is highly advisable not to go to the forest alone. You can turn up with groups of friends or families.
Besides just serving as a tourist spot, the forest serves various other advantages. Ngwo Pine Forest helps to maintain the atmosphere in the area, drawing out more oxygen to the atmosphere.

The forest does not let water log saving from flooding, absorbing the extra water, keeping the climate cool for the visitors.

  1. I have not officially seen any water fall before in my life but, the ones I have seen on pictures and movies tells me that they are really beautiful. There are lots of waterfalls in the world, but the one I wish to visit the most is the Victoria falls in the Zambezi river. I heard it is the largest water fall not only in Africa but the entire world.This content is no doubt very engaging.
